Hotel Casa del Mar Reviews

Stayed here recently, breakfast ended up being my favorite part. It wasn’t trying to be anything fancy, but reading between the lines, you could tell they put some care into it. The fruit tasted fresh, the coffee was solid, and the eggs were actually good. Simple, filling, and just a nice way to start the day. I’d be happy to come back.

We stayed here for our anniversary and the room was really lovely, so that part felt special. Breakfast was a bit frustrating, though, as the service was quite slow, even if the staff were polite enough. Overall, we had a nice stay, but for the price, I did expect things to run a little more smoothly.

We stayed here mostly because we wanted to just relax by the pool, it was nice overall!! The pool was clean, the water felt great, and most of the time there were plenty of towels... which is always a plus!!!
The only downside was that it got busy in the afternoon, and finding a decent lounger wasn’t always easy!! Still, we had a good time and I’d definitely come back... I’d just try to grab a spot earlier in the day!!!

Compared to a lot of places in this range, the room had pretty much everything I actually needed without feeling cluttered. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and it was nice having a mini fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels and decent toiletries. WiFi was steady too, which made a difference. Nothing fancy or over the top, just a simple, comfortable spot to come back to after being out all day. I’d stay here again.

I booked a massage at the Casa Del Mar spa while I was staying nearby, it was really nice. The therapist was super friendly and actually listened when I mentioned I preferred lighter pressure, which made the whole experience feel very comfortable.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that the changing area felt a bit busy, and the prices are definitely not cheap. That said, I still left feeling really relaxed and would totally go back again as a little treat.

I stopped by the bar at Hotel Casa del Mar and had a really nice time. I was kind of in a rush that day, so I didn’t get to settle in as much as I would’ve liked, but the vibe was still relaxed, not too loud, and the drinks were made really well. The staff was friendly without hovering, which I appreciated.

We stayed for a couple hours just chatting and looking out at the view, and it ended up being a great little break. It’s definitely not cheap, but that’s pretty much what I expected for the area. Even feeling a bit hurried, I still thought it was worth it and I’d absolutely go back

The staff were genuinely nice and friendly whenever we asked for help. Check-in was okay too, not the quickest, but they were smiling and did try to explain everything, so I don’t want to make it sound like they didn’t care.
That said, a couple of times they seemed really busy and we had to ask twice before getting things sorted. I don’t think we were being overly demanding, especially considering the price, so overall it was fine, just a bit mixed

I was expecting a warmer, cozier feel, but the lobby came across a bit dull and the room lighting felt kind of odd. That said, it wasn’t terrible or anything, just not really the atmosphere I had in mind.

Dinner was a letdown. It should’ve been a simple, easy meal, but somehow even that felt messed up. The food showed up cold, and once I started eating, it was bland too. Just not the experience I was hoping for.

I barely slept because it was so loud all night. From the noise level, I’m guessing this is just kind of normal for the place, but it was really frustrating when I was just trying to rest.

Stayed here for a quick trip and the parking was way easier than I expected. I didn’t have to circle the lot or play that annoying guessing game of where to leave the car, so check-in felt painless. it almost felt like they know people are already tired when they arrive and purposely make that part smooth so you start off in a good mood

The hotel itself was okay, nothing too bad really, but I’m sure the location just didn’t work for us. It felt a bit more out of the way than I expected, and getting around without a car was kind of a hassle. Maybe it would be totally fine if you’re driving, but since we weren’t, it got frustrating quickly.

We got there in the afternoon and check-in took a bit longer than I thought it would. The staff were nice, nice enough for sure, but the front desk seemed a little all over the place and we ended up standing around with our bags for a while. Once we finally got the room key, it worked fine and everything was okay. Not a terrible start or anything, just not the smoothest check-in either.

Waking up and seeing the ocean like that was just really nice. Like, it’s one of those views where you kind of just stand there for a minute and take it in. Definitely a great way to start the day.

So, the place was nice enough overall, but the room just wasn’t that comfortable for me. The bed felt hard, the pillows were kind of flat, and the AC made this weird noise pretty much all night. I mean, it wasn’t terrible or anything, but I really didn’t sleep well at all

Not gonna lie, I was really happy with how clean the room was when we arrived. No dust, no weird smells, and the bathroom looked fresh too, which is always the first thing I check. Housekeeping kept everything tidy during our stay, and it made it a lot easier to relax...

Booking was straightforward and just had that good, simple feel to it. I did get the sense everything went through fine, but the confirmation email took a little longer than I expected. Nothing major, just a small wait.

The room was clean and the staff were genuinely nice, so I don’t really have any major complaints. That said, for what I paid, I guess I was expecting something a bit more special. The location is definitely convenient, and maybe that’s what they’re really charging for, but I’m still not totally convinced it was worth the money.

I don’t have much patience for waiting around, so I was relieved they got back to me so quickly. The replies were fast, clear, and actually helpful, which made the whole thing way less annoying.

We had an okay stay overall, and at first nothing seemed too bad. Check-in was fine, the place looked decent, and we were mostly just happy to be away for a bit. I packed like we’d be spending most of our time by the water, since that was kind of the whole idea for the trip.

After settling in, though, we realized getting to the beach wasn’t nearly as simple as I expected. It wasn’t super clear where we were supposed to go, and with bags, towels, and sandals, it became more annoying than relaxing. When we asked staff, they mostly just pointed us in a general direction, so we ended up figuring it out ourselves.
For the price, I thought the beach access would be much easier and more straightforward. If being close to the beach is the main reason you’re booking, I’d probably look somewhere else. I don’t think I’d stay here again for that reason.
